2 blogs in 1 month? Must be a miracle of some kind. Or I actually have more than 30 seconds to myself in a week now so I can type some fly blogging stuff.
For my birthday, Sarah bought me tickets to see David Cook at Warehouse Live. I feel I can relate to many of his songs and his voice is similar to mine so I can sing them in the same key as well. That and the strangely unique connection (he was born in Houston but grew up in Kansas City) and he has rapidly become my favorite singer.
We left early so we could get some food downtown and we decided on Frank's Pizza, which is a couple blocks from Warehouse Live. It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but when you go in it looks like a really cool, college-like atmosphere. We get in line and really struggle with what type of pizza to get. We finally decide on 1 slice of pepperoni and sausage each. Image may be NSFW.

I compliment my pizza with an Orange Crush soda because...well I think it is the only place in Houston that sells Crush on tap.

Man that pizza was amazing! The crust was delicious, which is the key to any awesome pizza. The cheese was amazing and the toppings were fresh and fantastic.
My favorite part? Image may be NSFW.

If you are downtown to go to Warehouse Live or Toyota Center then you need to make time for this place. There is a parking lot across the street so be prepared to be insulted at the $10 price tag. Other than that, Frank's is definitely the best pizza place downtown.
